Cost for 6 nights/5 days
$1,380 per person shared bathroom; $1640 ensuite bathroom
Included in the cost
- Private bedroom in a full-house rental in town
- 6 breakfasts in-house (Thurs-Tues)
- 5 lunches (Thurs-Mon) (some in-house, some picnic)
- Happy hour drinks and snacks
- 4 dinners in-house
- All transportation costs while in Nederland in my 4Runner
Not included in the cost
- Airfare or other transportation cost to/from Nederland
- Items of a personal nature
- 2 dinners — these can be restaurant dinners to sample some of our town’s offerings, or if you prefer to save money, you can cook in.
EACH participant has a private bedroom. There is one master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The other three bedrooms share two bathrooms.
Timeline:
- TBD 2024: select bedroom (selection is first-come-first-served) and $300 deposit, non-refundable
- TBD 2024: balance due; total of $800 non-refundable
- TBD 2024: entirety of payments become non-refundable
Arriving & Departing
Arrival options from DIA
- Public transportation via RTD buses, I can pick you up at the Nederland Park-n-Ride; a change of bus is required in Boulder at the bus station
- Ride-share such as Uber – reserve before arrival in Denver
- Airporter Shuttle
- Private taxi – reserve before arrival in Denver
Please note that Nederland is a small town without ride-share and public transport options in town. As it is a 1.25 to 1.5-hour drive from DIA, many ride-shares and taxis will not do this on a whim. Please reserve your ride.
The check-in time at the rental house is 4:00 pm
If you arrive earlier, you can relax at my house until check-in.
If your arrival ETA is after 4, I will give you the address to arrive directly at the rental.
Check-out time is 11:00 am
If your transport home leaves later, you can relax at my house until your departure time.
